It's more than just a business venture -it's a love of camping, enthusiasm for guests and a dedication to providing unmatched service. Greg and Sue Robinson, owners of the Twin Mountain, NH KOA, have all of those qualities and more. "We decided to purchase a KOA because we were looking for a fun and family-friendly business. We wanted the opportunity to meet new friendly people in an outdoor environment." Before joining KOA, Sue worked in Banking as a Senior Systems Analyst, focusing her time on data warehousing and Internet Banking. Greg was Chief Operating Officer of a group of companies specializing in Commercial Real Estate and Marina Management. They both understood the importance of putting the needs of their customers first, and their skills and abilities were well-matched to the KOA philosophy. "Our guests are our first priority," Greg said. "We pay attention to the details to make sure that our customers want to come back to us time and time again. We have many loyal guests that we've become friends with. Some folks love it here so much they come back 4 times in one season!" While providing great guest service remains their primary focus, Greg and Sue take special pride in every aspect of their campground. Their campground's sparkling clean restrooms, beautiful facilities, and many area activities are a big hit with their campers. "Greg and I are very pleased with the high standards that we continue to maintain," said Sue. "We're fortunate to have such an excellent staff, with a real dedication to great customer service." In their off hours, Greg and Sue can be found hiking the beautiful trails in the White Mountains.
