The showers had zero water pressure, one shower was closed and two of the other three showerheads were broken. One of the three sinks was clogged up and closed for two days. The pool was an absolute ice bath which I’m not sure how in NM in late May when it has been in the 80s and 90s daily for weeks if not months. Only two toilets in a large campground is ridiculous. Definitely not KOA worthy.

Very clean, Very helpful staff. Nice Laundry facility and the Pool looked very nice although we didnt use it. Nice location close to White Sands and Cloudcroft will stay again

Staff is friendly and campground is clean. Pool little chilly still. Nice campground. This was just an overnight stay but have stayed here to explore White Sands before.

Sandy was so so helpful and pleasant! Park is easy to get to. A block off the main thoroughfare so the traffic is pretty quiet. Not dusty, clean, nice assortment of site types and They have a great little shop too. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

LOVED my stay. The campground and facilities were amazing! The bathroom was very clean and check-in after hours was easy and convenient. I would DEFINITELY recommend this to friends.

Wonderful stay. Easy entrance area for big rigs. Staff is very nice! Dog park is very dusty,tube artificial turf would be a better solution.

We had truck problems and needed a place to stay. KOA was very accommodating and the staff was super friendly and helpful to not only us but to our friends who were traveling with us although they did not stay. I would definitely recommend this KOA ��. Thanks so much to all the staff!

The staff at KOA Alamogordo/White Sands are on top of it. Happy and proud to work there. It has been awhile since I have stayed here but major work to keep the top notch. Great place to stay. Sandy, Renee, and Ron(?) are great. Thank you for a great time.

I have stayed here before, I am amazed that the staff is so nice and willing to help. The grounds are always picked up and you will find no cigarette butts on the ground. That is a big plus for me. A nice big laundry room, with five washing machines and four dryers. Bottom line about this RV Park, It is great for people passing through or for people that want to stay for a week or so.

The facilities were in nice condition and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The assignment of sites could be better. We had a group of 20 people in a commercial vehicle next to us for one our nights. I had not realized so many people be in a site. I think a perimeter fence that is solid would offer a more private feeling for those camping on the Canal St side of the property.

Sorry you had to drive around a water repair that just happen to be in our driveway. As for our pool it has to be inspected every year and we are currently waiting for the state to come by and inspect it.

The pool was closed at warm temperature and they are no coin distributor at Washington and dring machine.

We stayed just one night but we *really* enjoyed our stay! From the friendly people in the office to the beautiful landscaping & flowers everywhere, great water pressure in the shower, nice laundry facilities and especially the communication before and after from this KOA, it just made it all feel safe and welcoming for two girls on their very first RV trip! Thank you!

This is one of our favorite campgrounds! The staff is very friendly and you can tell they work hard. We spent a week here and anytime someone left a site they would go to the site and rake the gravel back and make sure it is neat and tidy. Lots of coin laundry available. The property is in the middle of Alamogordo and close to food and attractions, but feels like you are out secluded somewhere.

This was the best koa! The staff was so friendly and helpful!! They have sleds you can borrow to go sliding down the white sands. We arrived early and they were very accommodating. They let us check in early with no problems. I called before to check about early check in and If our site was not ready, they would have let us park our camper so we could go tour the area. If you have to leave a message, don't worry they will call you right back! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!!
